Our Emails
Our emails contain a line of code called a pixel. We use pixels to check whether you received our email and, if you did, whether you opened it or clicked any links in it. We use this information to check you have received important information from us, so that our customer support team can help you better.
If your email programme allows it, the pixel also tells us how long you looked at our email, on what device and from where. We use this information only to create aggregated reports (and not to try to identify you individually). We use these reports to understand which technologies people use to read our emails (for example, device type or operating system) and where our emails end up. We use this information to help improve our services.

For example, in most modern browsers, you can block or delete cookies by clicking Settings > Privacy > Cookies. Instructions for blocking or deleting cookies in other browsers may be available in each browser’s privacy or help documentation.
To find out more about cookies, including how to see what cookies have been set and how to manage and delete them, visit www.aboutcookies.org or www.allaboutcookies.org.
If you do not accept our cookies, you may experience some inconvenience in your use of our Apps/Services. For example, we may not be able to recognize your device and you may need to answer challenge questions or provide additional information each time you log on.
